A Bit of Everything

It's that time of year, coughing, headaches etc etc. So boring, but with 39 degrees it's not an option but to stay in bed and that's what I have been up too. Today I feel on top of the world, well nearly:) More next time in the stitching department, it's a promise;)

Firstly I like to show you what my friend Carol made for me, a companion to my already gorgeous pincushion. I do get the nicest presents;)

I have managed to stitch a bit yesterday on General Wives, block III, it was quite complicated and the instructions said "You can Do It", so I did, what else could I do???.  GW Block IV looks a bit easier, thank you who designed it:)

These hearts were made by Nancy from Moon Pie Primitives and I could not resist them and the Patchwork bag! :)

Wishing you a Very Happy Valentine's Day and  may you be wooed, wined and dined by your loved one's! and be given lots of Love & Chocolates!!

Snow Time at home, ROLL ON SPRING!!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my last post, you are the best, a happy dance again !!!

Such beautiful things! Love all your gifts from Carol and the hearts and bag from Moon Pie Prims are darling - awesome colors!

Good job on the quilt block, too. Looks far too complicated for me!

Happy Valentine's Day to you.

I hope you're feeling better soon. I hate being sick. Love the preseents. Your General's Wives look great! Don't blame you for not being able to resist the heart and patchwork bag either!

I hope you're feeling better soon! We have a head cold here that we're passing around. I need to take some knock-out sleeping pills in the hopes of getting some shut eye tonight! :P

I can't get over the difference in the weather between here and there! I put away my winter coat for now and the heat hasn't kicked on yet today, either.

LOVELY presents! Great job on the General's Wives block--so pretty! I love the books that you got as well, and, of course, the BBD fabric--swoon! I am finally back to working on my hexagons and am teaching my daughter to quilt, so having fun with all that.

xo Get better soon!

Wat maak je mooie spulletjes zeg. Je bent al goed weg met het quilten. Volg je cursus of doe je het op jezelf?
